Loved the cozy and homely feel of the hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. the room was beautiful and had unique features like wooden beams and a mezzanine with a comfortable sofa bed. the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a great steak and fresh green salad. Plus, the hotel had a pub and a newsagent on-site, making it convenient.
There wasn't much to do in the small village where the hotel is located, but it offered a peaceful retreat. the hallway had some bleach stains that should be taken care of, and there were also stains in the room.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely breathtaking, with the hotel nestled among the Alpine mountains covered in lush pine trees. The views driving there were simply stunning. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The room was cozy and had a cute Austrian feel to it, and I especially loved the balcony view. The pool area was a great place to relax at the end of the day, surrounded by the beautiful scenery.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel lobby was cozy and welcoming. I appreciated the basket of fruit and the mini bar that kept our drinks cool. The pool and spa area were clean and a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The restaurant in the hotel served great food, especially the green salad and steak. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
The location of the hotel was not ideal, as there was nothing to do or see in the surrounding area. It was like a ghost town, and there was no staff around at reception.
